Join the Flight Services team to support uniform distribution and program operations for the Summer 2025 term!

We’re excited to launch hiring for Flight Services Student Hires for Summer 2025!

These are paid opportunities open to Flight Services students currently in semesters 2 to 4 who are ready to take part in an important part of the student experience — uniform distribution and program support.

These roles will begin as early as the week of May 12 (pending final approval), so if you're interested, don’t wait and apply now!

1. Flight Services Program Assistant (FSPA) – 1 position

Term Duration: Full Summer 2025
Schedule:

  • Weeks 1–4: 15 hrs/week

  • Weeks 5–14: 5 hrs/week

  • Total: 110 hours
    Pay: Paid (hourly rate to be confirmed)

Duties Include:

  • Oversee the uniform program — fittings, distribution, inventory

  • Supervise Uniform Assistants

  • Maintain the Flight Hub space and ensure simulator readiness

  • Report simulator and equipment issues via the Flight Hub Defect Logbook

  • Collaborate with the Social Media team for content creation

  • Support Seneca events, including Open House, Alumni Events, and Experience Seneca

2. Flight Services Uniform Assistant (FSUA) – 4 positions

Term Duration: 4 weeks
Schedule:

  • Tuesdays to Thursdays, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (20 hrs/week)
    Start Date: Tentatively next week (pending approval)
    Pay: Paid (hourly rate to be confirmed)

Duties Include:

  • Assist with fittings, distribution, and uniform inventory

  • Help manage the rush of 110 new students needing uniforms

  • Support FSPA and help fill the gap for 100+ uniforms still unclaimed from last term

  • May assist with other department initiatives as required

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Current Flight Services (FLS or FSO) student in semester 2, 3, or 4

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Friendly, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, student-facing environment

  • Passion for contributing to your program and supporting peers
