Flight Services - Student Help Opportunities

Join the Flight Services team to support uniform distribution and program operations for the Fall 2025 term!

These are paid opportunities open to Flight Services students currently in semesters 2 to 4 who are ready to take part in an important part of the student experience — uniform distribution and program support.

Flight Services Uniform Assistant (FSUA) – 2 positions

Term Duration: 8 weeks
Schedule:

• Tuesdays to Thursdays, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (20 hrs/week) but subject to change and availability
  Start Date: TBD (pending approval)
  Pay: Paid (hourly rate to be confirmed)

Duties Include:

• Assist with fittings, distribution, and uniform inventory

• Help manage the rush of new students needing uniforms

• Support FSPAs and help fill the gap for still unclaimed uniforms from previous term

• May assist with other department initiatives as required

ELIGIBILITY:

• Current Flight Services (FLS or FSO) student in semester 2, 3, or 4

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, student-facing environment

• Passion for contributing to your program and supporting peers
