In partnership with Toronto Pearson Ready-to-Work Program delivered in partnership with Toronto Pearson, Flight Services alumni and soon to be graduates are invited to apply for this airport employment readiness course which will help you launch a career at Toronto Pearson Airport. In your training, you’ll learn how you can contribute to safe and successful passenger journeys, build strategic communication skills that ‘future-proof’ your participation in diverse, resilient workplaces, and craft an understanding of how to build a successful career at Toronto Pearson. This is a comprehensive 2–3-week training program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in customer-facing and safety-critical roles at the airport.

Program Details and Eligibility
To be considered for the program, you must meet the following requirements
Students must be in their final semester (or have already graduated) from one of Seneca’s aviation programs (AVO/ASE/FLS/FSO).
Desire to work in the dynamic and fast-paced world of Toronto Pearson Airport
Flexibility to work a range of shifts as needed
Commitment to attend a full-time, hybrid, 2-3 week training course
Online training days
On-site days at ACCES Employment and Toronto Pearson Airport
Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Clearance:
Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Resident of Canada for 4 or more years
Clean Criminal Record
Completed secondary education
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
